Government organizations and their prime contractors often need a capable engineering partner to add functionality, improve a digital workflow, connect systems, or modernize a defined technical area without replacing the entire environment.
Grant Harbor is being structured to meet that need: specialized, engineering-led, responsive, and technically close to delivery. The planned model can embed a senior engineer into an existing agency, vendor, or prime-contractor team, then support broader cross-functional delivery as scope grows.

William Boakye
Founder & Principal Engineer
William is a backend-focused software engineer with professional experience building and supporting production systems across healthcare technology, EV infrastructure, e-commerce, and data applications. His work includes Python and Django services, APIs, distributed systems, relational databases, asynchronous processing, data workflows, performance optimization, and production observability.
Before his software-engineering career, William served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an avionics technician. That work reinforced a disciplined approach to structured diagnostics, documented procedures, accountability, and operational readiness.
